Terms of Service

SpotGhar helps renters and buyers find residential properties in Gurgaon and helps owners list them, free of charge. Contact details are exchanged only by consent: a seeker sends a request, the owner decides, and phone numbers are shared only after approval. Either side can end sharing at any time.

Anyone can browse without an account. Requesting contact or a visit requires a signed-in account. You may additionally verify your identity by uploading both sides of a government ID and a selfie. These are stored privately, never shown to other users, and reviewed by SpotGhar staff; a secure automated system reads the printed details to assist the reviewer, and the decision is always made by a person. Only your verified status is visible to others.

Verified accounts get unlimited use. Unverified accounts can contact up to 5 owners per calendar month, and unverified owners can accept up to 5 visit requests per calendar month; both limits reset on the 1st and disappear the moment your identity is verified.

Owners describe their property and can upload up to 8 photos and videos per listing, of which at most 2 may be videos. Listings go live after SpotGhar reviews the details. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish and for keeping availability up to date.

Signed-in users can request a visit at a time the owner has made available. A visit request is not a confirmed appointment until the owner accepts it. Treat hosts and visitors with basic respect; visits happen at your own discretion.

SpotGhar is free for owners, renters and buyers. SpotGhar does not collect rent, deposits or sale payments and does not route owner payouts; any transaction stays directly between the parties.

SpotGhar does not publish scores or star ratings. A listing shows the owner's name and an "Identity verified" tag once our team has reviewed their identity documents; seekers carry the same tag once verified. Feedback you send us about a property or owner is private and read only by SpotGhar staff; it is never shown to the other party or made public.

• Do not use the platform for anything illegal or to mislead other users.
• Treat other users with basic respect during visits and communication.

We review listings and identities, but we cannot guarantee every detail about a property or every claim an owner or seeker makes. Use your own judgment during visits and before signing any agreement or making any payment.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. We will flag material changes clearly. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
